The Administrative Law team at Next Abogados is made up of lawyers of recognized prestige, some of whom are lawyers on leave of absence from the Spanish Parliament, who have extensive experience in relations with the public administration and who offer clients solutions tailored to each situation. The diligence and expertise of all the members of our team allows us to deal with each case from a multidisciplinary perspective, defending the interests of our clients and ensuring them optimum legal protection in the short, medium and long term in all kinds of administrative proceedings, as well as challenges regarding the contentious-administrative jurisdiction.

The Administrative Law team, supported by the rest of the Firm’s lawyers, provides comprehensive legal advice to public sector entities and private companies subject to public law, foundations and regulated companies. Some of the main areas of advice are:

• Public procurement. We resolve doubts for our clients in relation to procurement procedures, execution of public contracts, as well as the resolution of procurement disputes.
• Administrative proceedings. In addition, the team has extensive experience in the preparation of legal reports relating to the filing of forms or any other formal obligations that may be required before public administrations, the liability of public administrations, administrative offences and penalties.
• Legal advice and defense. In all types of matters and especially in regulated sectors, such as energy, finance, insurance and telecommunications. The team also has extensive experience in administrative, pre-judicial or judicial actions or proceedings at all levels. They also advise on matters related to public assets such as water, airports, coasts and ports or public administration assets, among others.
