The tax team is expert in advising and collaborating in the procedures of verification, management, inspection and collection carried out by the Tax Administration, as well as in the preparation of appeals in subsequent administrative or contentious-administrative instances.
• International operations and taxation. Together with the Corporate and Real Estate teams, the Tax team, provides advice on corporate and real estate transactions in order to achieve the best solution from a taxation point of view. In addition, the lawyers who make up the team have an outstanding experience in the construction and advice of SOCIMIS and participate in all types of corporate transactions and structural modifications, private equity and infrastructure financing, among others. The team also advises non-resident clients who invest in Spain or national clients who decide to internationalize their activity on planning the most efficient corporate structure from a taxation point of view.
• Large patrimonies and general and financial taxation. The team provides legal advice focused on comprehensive needs in the area of financial investment and generational succession planning.
