Carlos Martín is a graduate of the Double Degree in Law and Business Administration and Management (E3) and completed the master’s degree in access to the legal profession, specializing in business law, at Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE-ICAI).

He is a member of the Bar and has been practicing law at Next Abogados since July 2020 in the areas of commercial law (corporate transactions and commercial contracts), civil law (obligations and contracts), as well as data protection and digital law.
