Ignacio Sampedro has a degree in Law and Business Administration and Management from the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE-E3) and completed the master’s degree in Access to the legal profession at the Rioja International University (UNIR) and a master’s degree in urban and regional planning at the CEU San Pablo University.

He prepared the comparative examinations for the Spanish Corps of Property, Mercantile and Movable Property Registrars and is currently taking the Advanced Course in Registry Law organized by the Association of Registrars.

He joined Next Abogados in 2023, in the area of Real Estate and Urban Planning Law. He provides legal advice to national and international investors, including SOCIMIs, real estate consultants and developers, in all types of real estate and corporate matters and transaction, including acquisitions and transfers of real estate assets, leasing, real estate development and operations related to the hotel and leisure sector. He has published articles in specialized magazines and legal press such as elEconomista, Legal Today and Confilegal.
