Marina Castanedo has a degree in Law from the CEU Cardenal Herrera University (CEU) and a master’s degree in Access to the legal profession from the Comillas Pontifical University (ICADE) and a master’s degree in tax consultancy from ESADE.

She joined Next Abogados in 2024, in the area of Tax Lax. She provides legal advice in procedures of verification, management, inspection and collection carried out by the Tax Administration and participates in commercial and real estate transactions in order to achieve the best solution from the taxation point of view. She also intervenes in tax planning in matters of financial investments and generational succession, as well as in advising non-resident clients who invest in the national territory and national clients who decide to internationalize their activity in order to plan the most tax-efficient corporate structure.
