Yolanda Calderón Caro obtained her law degree from the Complutense University of Madrid (CU Cardenal Cisneros).

She joined Next Abogados in 2016 as a specialist in corporate and commercial law. Her professional practice encompasses advising Socimis and non-listed companies on corporate law and corporate governance, company and group restructuring transactions, drafting and reviewing all types of contracts, as well as on a wide variety of commercial matters. She is a non-director secretary of the Board of Directors of several companies.
